NEW ORLEANS BARBEQUED SHRIMP 
2 lbs. shrimp, thawed, uncooked
1 stick butter
1 c. lemon juice concentrate
French bread
2 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. red pepper
5 whole bay leaves
1 tsp. garlic salt or powder

Note: If you like your shrimp very spicy, double these amounts.

Layer raw shrimp in a 9x13 inch glass dish, no more than 2 inches deep. Mix seasonings well and sprinkle on shrimp. (Pepper well. This is what makes it good.) Melt butter, olive oil, and lemon juice in a pan. Pour over shrimp. Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with the French bread for dipping in the juice.
