Dill pickles
Olive pimento cheese spread or cream cheese

Split large pickles lengthwise. Scoop out pulp and seeds. Mash and mix with cheese spread OR cream cheese. Fill pickles - chill. Slice crosswise and arrange slices on relish tray. Watch them disappear!
