1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. water
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 tsp. food coloring

Put all ingredients in medium saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it forms a ball. Remove from pan and knead until smooth. Store in airtight container or Ziplock bag.
