BEAN DIPS 
No. 2:

2 cans black beans
1 can white Shoepeg corn
2 cans Ro-Tel
2 tsp. minced onion
2 tsp. minced green pepper
1 to 2 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. Duke mayo

Drain and rinse beans. Drain the remaining cans. Mix ingredients together in bowl. Refrigerate. Serve with corn chips, tortillas or pita bread.

No. 1:

2 tsp. fresh parsley

Place all ingredients into food processor or blender. Mix/blend well. Serve with corn chips, tortillas or pita bread.
