No. 2: 2 cans black beans 1 can white Shoepeg corn 2 cans Ro-Tel 2 tsp. minced onion 2 tsp. minced green pepper 1 to 2 tsp. cumin 2 tsp. Duke mayo Drain and rinse beans. Drain the remaining cans.
