1 can whole kernel white corn, drained
1 can Petit Pois Peas (LeSeuer in silver can) drained
1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1/3 c. celery, chopped
1/3 c. pimentos, chopped (2 oz.) jar

DRESSING:

1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
Salt and pepper if desired

Put in container with tight lids and turn over occasionally, it distributes the dressing. Will keep well. Exceptionally well. You can make this salad ahead of time.
