PETITE CHERRY CHEESECAKE 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat together until fluffy and lumps are all gone. Place a vanilla wafer in cup cake paper in muffin pan. Fill 2/3 full with cream cheese mixture. Bake 15 minutes in 375 degree oven. Then top with 1 tablespoon prepared cherry pie filling mix. Chill and serve.
