BEEF FAJITAS 
1 lb. beef round steak, trimmed
1/3 c. lime juice
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded lettuce
1/4 c. sliced green onion
1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
8 tsp. dairy sour cream
4 to 6 flour tortillas

Pound steak to about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thickness. Combine lime juice, garlic salt and pepper; pour over meat. Cover and refrigerate 6 to 8 hours or overnight. Drain marinade and discard. Broil or pan-broil round steak 3 to 4 minutes on each side; cut across the grain into thin strips. Place equally on top the tortillas and top as desired with remaining ingredients. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
