BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
12 slices bread, buttered
1 1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
10 oz. frozen broccoli, cooked & drained
2 c. cooked diced ham
6 eggs, beaten
3 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. instant onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Lay 6 slices bread in 9 x 13 inch buttered pan. Top with cheese, then layer broccoli, layer ham, top with 6 slices bread.

Combine egg, milk, onion, salt and mustard. Pour over bread and let set overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes.
