BROCCOLI - RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 tbsp. cooking oil
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lg. can milk
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
2 c. cooked rice
2 tbsp. butter
Salt & pepper to taste

Saute onions and celery in oil; cook broccoli according to directions on package and drain well. Combine soup and milk and add to cheese, heating to melt. Combine all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Yield: 12 servings.
