BRISKET 
MARINATE:

3/4 bottle liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. meat tenderizer
1/2 tsp. celery salt
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Marinate 5 to 7 pounds of brisket all day. Wrap in heavy foil and place in 9"x13" pan. Cook at 300 degrees all night. At least 8 hours.
