CHOP SUEY CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, with juice
1 c. walnuts, chopped

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and beat. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

ICING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. 10x sugar
1/4 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix.
