POPPY SEED BUNDT CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
12 oz can evaporated milk
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
2 oz. box poppy seeds

Cream sugar and eggs. Add oil and mix. Sift flour and baking soda. Mix into egg mixture alternately with milk. Add nuts. Stir in poppy seeds.

Bake at 350°F in greased tube or bundt pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
