MAPLE NUT PIE 
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
1 c. maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Set oven at 450 degrees. Cream butter with brown sugar in large bowl. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees. Bake for 20-25 minutes longer. Knife should come out clean. Serve with whipped cream.
