1/2 c. shortening 1/2 c. peanut butter 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 egg Sift together: 1/2 tsp. baking powder 3/4 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt Mix together and chill dough. Bake on slightly greased baking sheet at 350 degrees for approximately 12 minutes. Roll in sugar and press with fork before baking. | |
