1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. Karo syrup
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
5 c. Cheerios
2 c. Chex cereal or Kix
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. popcorn

Heat together first 4 ingredients until sugar is dissolved in microwave or stovetop, about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Mix the cereals, etc, and pour the sugar syrup over all. Spread onto 2 greased cookie sheets and bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn the mixture with spatula after 7 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and loosen with spatula. Let stand 1 hour. Store in airtight container.
