REFRESHING SALAD 
1 cucumber
1 sm. onion
1 lg. tomato
1 rib celery
3/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

1. Cut vegetables (bite size pieces) into a container.

2. Mix vinegar, water, sugar, salt and pepper and pour over vegetables.

3. Let stand about 2 hours in refrigerator.
