APPLE-CARAMEL CAKE 
1 1/2 c. butter
4 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
6 eggs
3 3/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. cinnamon
16 light caramels, cut in 8th's
1 1/2 c. peeled, chopped apple

Cream butter and sugar - add vanilla and eggs. Add dry ingredients Beat. Fold in apples and caramels. Generously grease Bundt pan. Bake 85-90 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool upright 15 minutes then invert on plate. Option: Add chopped pecans or glaze.
