1/2 cup mayonnaise (Hellmann's or Best Foods)
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
8 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. white wine
2 teas. capers
1 tbsp. dried parsley

Place mayonnaise, dairy sour cream, garlic, white wine, capers, and dried parsley in a food processor blend until smooth.

Serve over hot fish, chicken, or steamed vegetables.
