WILD RICE HOT DISH 
1 1/2 lb. round or veal steak, cubed
1/2 lb. pork steak, cubed
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. wild rice (soak in salted water 8 hours)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken rice soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup, cut with one can milk
Mushrooms

Brown cubed meat. Combine and add rice and soups. Add remaining ingredients except cheddar cheese soup, milk and mushrooms. Bake at 300 degrees for two hours, covered. Before serving, top with diluted cheese soup and sliced mushrooms.
