BROCCOLI QUICHE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 c. milk
1 (3 oz.) can French fried onion rings
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
9-inch pie shell

1. Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain.

2. In a medium mixing bowl beat eggs and milk. Stir in broccoli, 1/2 can onion rings, 1/2 cup cheese, salt and pepper.

3. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Add remaining onion rings and cheese. Continue cooking for 20 minutes or until set. Yield: 4-6 servings.
