1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
1 tbsp. alum
1 c. water
1 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. vanilla
Food coloring if desired

Mix dry ingredients in pan. Add oil and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it reaches consistency of mashed potatoes. Remove from heat, add vanilla and coloring. Knead.
