POACHED SALMON WITH DILL | |
1 lb. salmon fillets 1 c. white wine 1/2 stick butter 1 tsp. dill Melt butter in frying pan and add salmon fillets, skins side down. Add white wine and bring to a simmer. Sprinkle with dill and cover. Cook for about 7 minutes on each side, depending on thickness of salmon. Serve. |
