MOLDED APPLE-MINT SALAD 
2 cans or 20 1/2 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
2 env. plain gelatin, softened in juice
2 (10 oz.) jars mint apple jelly
Dash of salt

Add to juice and heat to melt jelly. Chill until slightly thickened and add 2 cups Cool Whip and crushed pineapple.
