BROCCOLI AND CORN BAKE 
1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, thawed and drained
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tsp. onions
Salt and pepper

TOPPING:

1/4 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. Parmesan cheese

Oil 1 quart casserole dish or pie plate. Mix eggs, corn, drained broccoli and bread crumbs, onions, melted butter and seasonings. Stir thoroughly. Pour into baking dish. Sprinkle with crumb topping. Serves 6-8 people. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
