BUTTERMILK PIE 
4 egg whites
2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 stick butter, melted
4 egg yolks
1 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked pie shell

Beat egg whites until stiff. Mix sugar and flour together. To the sugar and flour mixture add melted butter, egg yolks, buttermilk and vanilla. Fold in egg whites. Pour into pie shell. Bake 40-50 minutes in 350 degree oven.
