SPINACH CASSEROLE 
4 slices bacon
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. onion, minced
3/4 c. cheddar, grated and divided

Cook bacon until crisp; drain. Cook spinach and drain. Beat egg with milk and salt. Stir in spinach, bacon, bread crumbs, onion, and 1/2 cup cheese.

Pour into 1 1/2 quart greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
