BAKED HASH BROWNS 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed corn flakes

Mix butter, onions, soup, salt, pepper, sour cream, and cheese. Blend well. Scatter hash browns in buttered 9 x 13 inch dish and pour mixture over potatoes. Mix corn flakes with 1/4 cup melted butter. Pour over top of mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until top is slightly brown.
