GREEN SEAFOAM SALAD 
1 c. pear juice, heated
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. half & half cream
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 c. whipped cream (Cool Whip or Dream Whip)
2 1/2 c. mashed pears

Combine hot pear juice with Jello. Add mashed cream cheese and cream while Jello is hot. Cool and let thicken a bit in refrigerator. Add pears and whipped cream. Cool, mold and serve.
