PEACH SEAFOAM SALAD 
1 lg. can peach slices, drained & mashed (save 1 c. juice)
1 lg. box peach gelatin
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 lg. carton whipped topping

Heat peach juice to boiling. Add gelatin. Stir to dissolve. Place gelatin and softened cream cheese in blender container, blend until smooth. f Add mashed peaches. Refrigerate until cool and thick. Fold in whipped topping. Refrigerate until set. Serves 6.
