HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cubed chicken
2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1/2 c. crushed potato chips
Cheese for topping

Combine above and mix well. Place in baking dish. Top with cheese, then chips. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. Add more cheese. Bake 5 more minutes. Nice change.
