BOHEMIAN COFFEE CAKE 
1 c. oil
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. coconut, if desired
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans

Mix dry ingredients, then add other ingredients. Mix well and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, in Bundt pan or 25-30 minutes in a flat pan.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat the above ingredients until smooth and ice the cake.
