OSGOOD PIE 
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. raisins
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. nutmeg
4 eggs, separated
2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Sift sugar, nutmeg, flour and salt. Melt butter and beat egg yolks. Mix all together and add pecans and raisins. Beat egg whites stiff and fold into mixture. Pour into 14" Pyrex dish with foil lining on the outside so bottom and sides won't get so brown. Bake at 225 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
