BACON-POTATO PANCAKES 
6 strips bacon
5 potatoes
2 onions
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Salt
Pepper
Parsley

Fry bacon; crumble and set aside. Finely shred potatoes and onions. Add flour, eggs, salt, and pepper to taste. Add parsley. Fry in oil until slightly brown, turning once.
