CAULIFLOWER AND BROCCOLI SALAD 
3/4 c. mayonnaise
6 oz. sugar
1/4 c. salad oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1 head cauliflower, broken into sm. pieces
1 bunch broccoli, finely cut
8 oz. can water chestnuts, drained & sliced
1/2 c. chopped green onions (with tops)

Mix mayonnaise, sugar, oil and vinegar for dressing. Combine other ingredients and toss with dressing. Cover and refrigerate for at least 12 hours. Serves 12.
