GREEN BEAN AND BACON CASSEROLE 
6 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
1 onion (sliced)
1 pkg. frozen cut green beans
1/2 tomato (cubed)
1/2 - 3/4 c. shredded cheese (American or Cheddar)

In fry pan cook bacon. Remove all but 2 tablespoons grease. Cook onion in grease until tender. Steam green beans. Do not overcook. Combine all ingredients in casserole dish. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
