OVEN COOKED BABY BACK RIBS 
4 lb. baby back ribs
2 cups Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce (The best sauce on the market)

DRY RUB:

1 oz. black pepper
1 oz. Cajun seasoning
2 oz. Kosher salt
1/4 oz. dry rosemary
1/4 oz. dry parsley

Preheat oven to 325°F Mix dry seasonings together and rub into both sides of the ribs. Place ribs in a lightly oiled shallow roasting pan cook until tender (one and one half to two hours).

Remove ribs and increase heat to 400°F. Baste ribs with barbecue sauce and re-place in the oven. Check ribs every two to five minutes until sauce caramelizes, repeat one more time and serve.
