CRAB CHEESE ROUNDS 
1 lb. lump white crabmeat, drained
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Party rye bread rounds

Combine crabmeat, onion and celery in bowl. Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper; mix well. Mound 1 teaspoon of mixture on each rye bread. Place on greased baking sheet. Broil for 3 to 5 minutes or until brown and bubbly on top. Yield: 30 appetizers.
