1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate morsels
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. dry roasted peanuts, unsalted
1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. mini marshmallows

Melt morsels, milk, and butter; remove from heat. In large bowl, combine nuts and marshmallows. Fold together. Spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Cut into squares.
