3 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. soft butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream

Cream in large bowl butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, soda, salt and nutmeg. Add to cream mixture. Roll out on floured board. Cut - place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 2 minutes. Optional - may add raisins, nuts or top with gum drops.
