1 chicken cut in pieces 1 (8 oz.) jar apricot jam 1 (8 oz.) jar Russian dressing 1 envelope onion soup mix Mix together jam, dressing and soup mix. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove chicken. Stir cooked rice into juice. |
