SAUSAGE RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
2/3 c. chopped celery
2/3 c. chopped onion
2/3 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. uncooked rice
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. water

Brown sausage in large skillet, mix in chopped vegetables and stir well. Add dry uncooked rice, mix well. Premix soup and water in pan and stir into skillet. Transfer to 9x13 inch dish with cover (or use heavy duty foil) and bake for 45 to 60 minutes at 325 degrees. Remove cover and bake 15 more minutes.
