TUNA OR SHRIMP SALAD 
1 c. tuna
1/2 c. cooked pasta
1/2 red onion, sliced
9 to 10 pitted ripe olives
Pinch dried oregano
1 tbsp. olive or lemon juice
1 lg. tomato
1/2 lb. fresh green beans or pea pods.
Salt and pepper to taste

Flake tuna; add all except tomato, beans, and seasonings. Cover and chill. Before serving add tomato, beans and seasoning. Mix well.
