HODGE PODGE STEW 
1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 c. chopped onion
3 cans condensed minestrone soup
1 (31 oz.) can pork and beans
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
3 c. water

Cook beef, onion and garlic until beef is brown and onion is tender. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.

Note: I sometimes substitute 1 can Ranch Style beans and 1 can Ranch Style beans with jalapenos for pork and beans.
