MISSISSIPPI CORN BREAD 
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. sour cream
1 sm. can cream style corn
1 c. plain cornmeal
3 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten

Mix all ingredients together, as in making corn bread. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
