MOM'S MARINATED CHICKEN 
Chicken parts
Vinegar
Oil
Oregano
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Black pepper
Paprika
Celery

Marinate chicken parts in a mixture of 1/2 small bottle vinegar, less oil, black pepper, oregano, onion powder and garlic powder. Cut up three celery stalks and add to mixture. Place chicken, celery and marinade in a roasting pan. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Then turn chicken over, sprinkle again with paprika and bake for 30 minutes more at 375 degrees. Serve with white rice.
