SAUSAGE DIP 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 c. sour cream
1 lb. hot sausage
1 can diced green chiles
Tostitos Scoops

Crumble and brown sausage; drain. Melt Velveeta cheese in microwave. Add cheese, sour cream and chiles to sausage. Serve in chafing dish or crock-pot to keep warm.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
