1 box devils food cake mix
1 lg. box instant pudding, chocolate flavor
1 lg. box instant pudding, vanilla flavor
1 lg. container Cool Whip
Chocolate chip mini morsels

Bake cake according to package directions. While cake cools, prepare puddings according to package directions and refrigerate.

In large decorative bowl, layer crumbled cake, puddings, and Cool Whip (saving some Cool Whip for top layer). Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and refrigerate until ready to serve.
