HOLIDAY NUGGETS 
3/4 c. butter
1 egg
2 c. flour
3/4 c. raisins
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. flaked coconut
1/4 c. candied cherries, chopped

Cream butter in large bowl until soft. Add sugar. Stir in egg and lemon rind. Sift flour and salt, then add to creamed mixture. Mix well. Stir in coconut, raisins and cherries. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
