BOURSON 
2 cloves garlic, smashed into 1/4 tsp. salt
8 oz. whipped sweet butter
16 oz. whipped cream cheese
1/2 tsp. oregano and dill
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. onion powder

Blend all ingredients and chill at least overnight. Keeps in refrigerator for weeks. Serve with plain crackers.
