1 large onions, diced 1 large green pepper, diced 3 tbsp. fat 1 lb. ground beef 2 c. cooked tomatoes, 1 lb. 1/2 c. uncooked rice 1 tsp. chili powder 2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Heat oven to 350°F. Sauté onion and green pepper in fat until onions are yellow. Add meat and fry until mixture falls apart. Stir in rest of ingredients. Pour into greased 2 quart baking dish. Cover and bake 1 hour removing cover last 15 minutes. Serve hot. |
